Our Approach
Oathtrack is used in sober living and recovery residence environments where clear access to resident, staff, billing, document, and communication workflows matters. Accessibility is part of making those workflows usable, predictable, and respectful for operators, staff, residents, applicants, and families.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing product responsibility. As our software changes, we continue improving the experience for people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, captions, browser zoom, high contrast settings, and other assistive technologies.
Statement Sections
1. Scope
This Accessibility Statement applies to the Oathtrack public website at oathtrack.com, the secure Oathtrack dashboard at secure.oathtrack.com/dash/login, resident tools, staff tools, forms, communications features, mobile applications, and related digital services made available by Oathtrack LLC.
Some third-party websites, app stores, payment portals, embedded services, document viewers, or integrations may be controlled by other providers. We encourage those providers to maintain accessible experiences, but their content and software may be governed by their own accessibility practices.
2. Accessibility Standard
Oathtrack works toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is developed through the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative and provides internationally recognized guidance for making digital content more accessible.
Our goal is to provide a substantially conformant, usable experience. Because the platform changes over time and may include customer-provided content, third-party tools, generated documents, and legacy workflows, some areas may not fully conform at all times. When we identify barriers, we work to prioritize and remediate them.
3. Measures We Take
Oathtrack supports accessibility through product, design, engineering, and support practices, including:
- using semantic HTML where possible for headings, forms, links, buttons, and navigation;
- maintaining visible keyboard focus states for interactive elements;
- supporting keyboard navigation for key workflows;
- using labels, helper text, and validation messaging for form fields;
- reviewing color contrast, readable typography, spacing, and responsive layouts;
- adding text alternatives for meaningful images and marking decorative icons appropriately;
- testing public pages and product workflows during design, development, and release cycles;
- using the UserWay accessibility widget as an additional support tool on public-facing pages; and
- responding to accessibility feedback and support requests.
Accessibility widgets are not a substitute for accessible design and development. Oathtrack uses accessibility tools as one layer of support while continuing to improve the underlying website and platform experience.
4. Technical Compatibility
Oathtrack is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies. Accessibility of the Services relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA where appropriate, browser accessibility APIs, and the assistive technology settings selected by each user.
We recommend using a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, along with current operating system accessibility tools or commonly used assistive technologies. Very old browsers, unsupported operating systems, disabled JavaScript, or unsupported assistive technology combinations may not provide the intended experience.
5. Known Limitations and Alternatives
Despite our efforts, accessibility limitations may occur. These may include customer-uploaded documents without accessible structure, images or files supplied by customers without text alternatives, older reports or PDFs, third-party integrations, third-party payment flows, or newly released product features that need additional review.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we will make a reasonable effort to provide the information, service, or workflow through an alternative accessible method while we evaluate the issue.
6. Feedback and Support
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Oathtrack. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, secure platform, mobile applications, resident tools, staff tools, forms, documents, or communications features, please contact us.
- Email: support@oathtrack.com
- Phone: (484) 925-1580
- Security or privacy concerns: security@oathtrack.com
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3-5 business days. Please include the page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and a short description of the issue if you are able to provide that information.
7. Assessment Approach
Oathtrack assesses accessibility through self-evaluation, development review, manual checks, automated testing where appropriate, keyboard review, responsive layout review, and feedback from users. We use reported issues to improve product quality and prioritize remediation.
Accessibility is reviewed alongside privacy, security, product usability, and customer support needs because Oathtrack is used to manage sensitive sober living and recovery residence workflows.
8. Updates to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement as our website, platform, mobile applications, accessibility practices, or applicable standards change. The updated date above shows when this statement was last revised.
